Music

The North Church Choir meets weekly for rehearsals and presents an anthem in each Sunday worship service. The group is directed by and accompanied by Mr. Ed Palange our organist. This is a volunteer group, and there are no auditions, but new members are welcome to join at any time.

Our worship is enhanced by the 1931 Skinner Pipe Organ that has been lovingly maintained for nearly eighty years. It is an instrument that lends itself to the amazing acoustics of the sanctuary, and is used for worship services, special programs, and recitals.

Our congregation also enjoys other types of music and our services are often supplemented by guitar.  Other groups occasionally present concerts in our worship space, including the Warwick Valley Chorale, the Middletown City Chorale, and other groups who wish to present recitals or variety shows.
